We're looking for a highly organised Customer Services & Data Officer to join a collaborative and friendly team on a maternity cover contract. This varied role combines customer service, data management and event administration, ensuring a seamless experience for participants while maintaining the integrity of the CRM and operational systems. The Customer Services & Data Officer will: Manage CRM data, imports, income processing and data quality. Maintain communication preferences and ensuring GDPR compliance. Producing reports, audience selections and data insights to support campaigns and events. Act as a first point of contact for participants and customers via phone and email. Support registrations, online platforms and customer enquiries. Prepare event materials, participant communications and operational mailings. Coordinate administrative processes and helping events run smoothly. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.The Customer Services & Data Officer will have: Experience working with CRM systems and data administration. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient Excel skills. A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills. Confidence handling multiple priorities and solving problems independently. Experience producing reports and analysing data.
