Tasks:
- Manage enquiries, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to tailor brand promotions.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Convert sales into orders.
- Gain insight into brand and sector performance, with potential to take on brand ownership in the future.
- Maintain accurate data and order management through internal systems (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience and/or qualifications within a technical or construction-related subject.
- Full right to work in the UK and a full driving licence.
- Energetic, organised, and confident communicator with ambition to grow.
- Technically minded, accurate, and process-driven.
