We’re looking for an efficient Commercial Administrator with experience in fast paced environments to join an expanding business near Camberley. This position ensures smooth coordination between various departments, and efficient administration to provide essential support to the sales and customer-facing teams.
The Commercial Administrator will be:
- Assisting with the administration of all Commercial Contracts, including Frame Agreements, Discount Partnership Agreements, Letters of Authority, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Maintaining the Commercial Department Contracts Register and Subscriptions & Memberships Database.
- Forwarding external customer emails received in the Sales inbox to the appropriate Regional Sales Office.
- Assisting with product pricing, price adjustments, and annual price increases.
- Providing administrative support for the weekly Management Meeting.
- Supporting Commercial communications, including Commercial Bulletins, Obsolescence Notices, and Internal Messages.
- Maintaining Salesforce CRM data integrity, including weekly exchange rate updates.
- Monitoring, updating, and maintaining the Internal Sales Intranet page.
- Completing all Supplier/Vendor information requests and updating the Company Information Pack accordingly.
- Coordinating and distributing the weekly in/out rota for the Commercial team.
- Assisting in reviewing, updating, improving, and documenting all Commercial processes.
- Raising Purchase Orders as needed.
- Managing ad-hoc projects.
