Client Services Manager £35,000 per annum Hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. 25 days AL, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, discretionary year-end bonus.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a prestigious business centre in Birmingham.
The Role As Client Services Manager, you will oversee client relationships, business development, centre operations, and financial performance.
You'll work closely with clients, commercial agents, brokers, and the wider team to maximise occupancy, increase revenue, and maintain exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities: Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage client onboarding, office moves, renewals, and service requests.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Ensure the centre remains professional, safe, secure, and well-presented. Business Development
- Build relationships with commercial agents, brokers, and local business networks.
- Conduct viewings, manage enquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Drive occupancy growth and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Support marketing, networking, and social media initiatives. Operations & Commercial Performance
- Oversee the operational and commercial performance of the centre.
- Manage billing, revenue collection, reporting, and occupancy records.
- Support budgeting processes and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Team Leadership
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Support and develop team members to deliver excellent client experiences.
- Promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. You will ideally have:
- Experience in client services, serviced offices, flexible workspace, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness, including revenue, budgeting, and profitability.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
