Are you an experienced Family Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive seeking a new opportunity within a supportive, well-regarded practice? We are recruiting for a skilled and personable professional to their growing Family team. This role will suit someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, forming strong client relationships, and working in an environment that genuinely values work–life balance, flexibility, and professional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and injunctions
- Provide clear, empathetic and practical legal advice to a wide range of clients
- Maintain excellent service standards and uphold the firm’s quality reputation
- Support business development initiatives and nurture local professional relationships
Requirements
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Family Law
- Confident managing matters with autonomy and delivering exceptional client care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
