We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join a brilliant team in Bordon. You’ll be the link between the customers, suppliers and internal teams, making sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. What You’ll Do Enter and process customer orders accurately Prepare quotations and review contracts Handle incoming calls and enquiries efficiently Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and transport teams Provide up-to-date technical and SDS information Keep customers informed on delivery expectations Maintain clear records and documentationWhat You’ll Bring Strong PC and keyboard skills Confident communication and telephone skills Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Previous experience in customer service or a similar role Professional, approachable mannerThis Role Suits Someone Who Works well under pressure Can juggle changing priorities Communicates clearly with different teams and cultures Maintains accuracy and attention to detail Language skills are a plus.If you\’re organised, customer-focused and ready to get stuck in, we’d like to hear from you.
