Maternity Cover with potential to go permanent – June/July Start – Office-Based with parking – 9am to 5.30pm M-F We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded Aftersales Executive to join a friendly, close-knit team in a successful service-focused business near Bracknell. This is a 9–12 month maternity contract with genuine potential to go permanent. Responsibilities You’ll be part of the technical support team, handling customer queries, investigating issues, and ensuring tickets are resolved through to completion. It’s a busy, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working across teams.Handle all aspects of inbound and outbound customer contact. Investigate and resolve complex technical queries Identify, escalate, and track customer complaints Maintain customer records via bespoke systems Liaise with internal teams and field sales engineers Generate reports Oversee training systems, stock performance and warranties Cross-train in other departments (e.g. Sales Order Processing) General admin and documentationRequirements: Strong customer service experience in a service environment Technical mindset and confidence interpreting engineer job sheets Strong communicator, analytical and decisive Good MS Office & Excel skills UK driving licence required This is an office based role, so please only apply if you are looking for a 9-5.30 office based role and live within 10-12 miles.
