The Role
- Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing communication with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Preparing reports, presentations, and key business documents
- Acting as a central point of contact across teams
- Managing a busy executive diary and organising meetings
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For
- Some flexibility, due to working over time zones and some international travel
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in administration, EA/PA support, or project coordination
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with project tools is a plus.
