Marketing Executive in Fleet, Hampshire

Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with marketing skills? We are looking for a Marketing Executiveto support our marketing and sales teams in delivering integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.

This position involves:

• Providing marketing and communication support to marketing, vendor managers, and sales teams.
• Assisting in the creation, scheduling, execution, and measurement of campaigns across email, organic social media, and paid social media.
• Maintaining campaign schedules and marketing calendars.
• Building and monitoring workflows in HubSpot.
• Running and analysing reports in HubSpot and Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
• Supporting the marketing team with campaign performance analysis.
• Ensuring GDPR compliance and data management best practices.
• Assisting with basic copywriting tasks and content preparation.
• Supporting the organisation of webinars and events.
• Managing stock control of promotional and branded materials.
• Collaborating with suppliers and partners to support marketing initiatives.

What were looking for:

• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Previous experience managing CRM and email marketing systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress (desirable).
• Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
