Our client is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist with a marketing mindset to join their team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves working with words, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to meaningful learning and people projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Client Internal Communications
- Write clear, timely content for client internal communications campaigns within L&D and people projects.
- Ghostwrite messaging for senior stakeholders, ensuring tone aligns with client brand and culture.
- Learn and use client project terminology appropriately to build trust and clarity.
- Work closely with project teams to align messaging with project milestones and learner needs.
- Contribute to improving client employee engagement through well-crafted communications.
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Support the annual marketing strategy and campaigns for the consultancy where needed.
- Plan, write, and schedule content for blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with design agencies.
- Manage and update website content to keep it current and relevant.
- Write regular content to be published on the website and social media channels.
- Use HubSpot CRM to keep data accurate and ready for campaigns.
What you'll need:
- Experience in internal communications, marketing communications, or content writing ideally within a corporate environment.
- Ideally someone with experience in the L&D/Training/HR/Blue chip industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Confidence using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, SharePoint, and collaborative platforms.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
