Do you have fast and accurate keyboard skills? We are looking for a detail-driven Sales Order Administrator to manage the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase orders. You will be joining a hardworking, energetic team with great dynamics, a fun culture, and an attractive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate purchase orders against quotes, credit limits, and customer details
- Raise sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
- Place and track orders with vendors, ensuring all licences and documentation are receipted
- Liaise with Finance to support smooth and accurate invoicing
- Resolve or escalate order queries to minimise delays
- Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date
- Support the wider team during busy periods
This role is key to ensuring orders are right first time and delivered in line with SLAs.
Skills required
- Strong attention to detail, quick and numerical accuracy
- Confident Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
