The Role

  • Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing communication with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and key business documents
  • Acting as a central point of contact across teams
  • Managing a busy executive diary and organising meetings
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For?

  • Some flexibility, due to working over time zones and some international travel
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in administration, EA/PA support, or project coordination
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with project tools is a plus.
