We're looking for an administrator to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in supporting customers, partners, and the sales team with contract renewals. You'll be: Managing customer contract renewals and ensuring orders are processed accurately. Producing quotations and supporting the sales process. Building strong relationships with partners and customers. Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and finance to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM and other business systems. We're looking for: Previous administration and/or customer service experience. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships. Good numerical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A proactive, positive approach and a genuine team-player mentality. Experience with CRM systems or quotation processes is desirable but not essential.
