Client Services Manager Business Centre | c£30,000£31,000 Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of a serviced office near Godalming. This varied role will be central to the day-to-day running of the business centre, with responsibility for client relationships, operational standards, sales activity and overall commercial performance. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident working in a hands-on role where strong administration, communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting occupancy growth, revenue performance and client retention. Managing enquiries, viewings, licence renewals and local marketing activity. Maintaining high standards across service delivery, presentation, health and safety, and daily operations. Developing strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents and local contacts. The ideal candidate will bring: Previous operational administration experience, ideally within a business centre, serviced office or commercial property environment but this isnt essential. Strong customer service skills, commercial awareness and confidence liaising with suppliers and stakeholders. Excellent relationship-building, communication and networking skills. A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities professionally. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. The package includes a discretionary annual bonus, private medical cover, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking and free eye tests. TPBN1_UKTJ
