A busy consultancy that partners with high-profile brands is offering a fabulous new opportunity for a Resource & CRM Administrator to join their small team. This position reports to the Head of Operations and is a key role as the main administrator of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data is reviewed and up to date, providing project administration and process support and reporting to the business.

The role will involve:

  • Working with consultants to provide CRM administrative support, adding new and updating existing opportunities, projects and key information.
  • Ensuring all key reporting metrics within the CRM are up to date.
  • Maintaining up to date associate consultant records on the CRM.
  • Managing the sign-off of associate consultant invoices against project deliverables, liaising with the finance manager at month end.
  • Liaising with clients and the Programme Manager when required, to coordinate workshop timings, resources and systems.
  • Managing project start and close dates across software platforms.
  • Proactively identifying any resourcing challenges or gaps to help protect revenue and being a key point of contact with associates regarding ongoing availability for future projects.
  • Managing intranet project sites, including SharePoint access permissions.
  • Assisting the Head of Operations with tasks or projects that may arise across the business.
  • Providing holiday cover for the Programme Coordinator and supporting workload.

The business is offering:

  • £36-38K + yearly discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working 3/2 Camberley Office/Home
  • Health scheme including immediate family

  • 5% company pension contribution (rising to 8%)
  • 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days with length of service)
  • Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm 1 hour lunch, 9.00am to 4.15pm Friday.
