Accommodation Reservations Agent
About the Role
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, handling reservation requests for corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include researching, analysing, proposing, and confirming bookings for meetings, events, groups, and accommodation.
You’ll manage accommodation requests using various booking platforms, including GDS. Requests range from single-night stays to extended project bookings, both in the UK and internationally. You’ll ensure all bookings align with client policies and preferences.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in hotels, venues, or the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of UK geography (a distinct advantage)
- Familiarity with online booking platforms
- GDS experience (training provided if needed)
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- A quick-to-learn attitude
You’ll also need excellent administrative, research, and negotiation skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
