We are now looking for an administrator to join our team, supporting all business departments and functions.

The Role

• Processing Live Booking Confirmations, communicating details to relevant hotels and venues
• Managing incoming emails for various areas of the business
• Coding received invoices, Processing, Compiling, checking and sending out client invoices
• Chasing, matching and processing supplier invoices
• Signing off charges on the company credit card

Working on bespoke systems, on-line platforms, Excel and Sage 200

Ideally you will possess:

• Strong administration background
• Excellent telephone manner
• Quick to learn attitude

To succeed in this role, youll need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and possess a desire and ability to work to targets and deadlines.
