An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Venue 360, an award-winning meetings & events facility.
The Role
We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team on a part time basis (20 hours per week), working across 3-4 days. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across social media, design and communications. Your role will be to take ownership of our digital presence and promotional materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all social media content, designing digital and printed materials, producing signage and promotional assets and coordinating our monthly newsletter in both digital and printed formats.
About You
You must be a confident self-starter, with strong design skills and a creative approach to content. Ideally you will have experience of producing newsletters or publications. You must enjoy collaborating with different departments and keeping messaging fresh, engaging and on brand. You must have experience of managing business or organisational social media accounts and have strong design skills with experience of using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar. You must have excellent written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
