An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-workstream IT transformation across document management, CRM, time & expense, and enterprise data.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving an 18-month technology transformation from planning through to delivery. You'll serve as the central coordination point across workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders — while maintaining close alignment with a parallel AI initiative (Genesis) to ensure joined-up architecture and delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning programme governance, planning, and risk across all workstreams
- Managing RAID logs, dependency tracking, and benefits realisation
- Delivering clear, concise updates to executives and steering committees
- Providing oversight on solution design to ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise standards
- Coordinating across business, technical, and third-party supplier teams
- Handling legacy decommissioning, data migration planning, and transition models
- Ensuring teams are change-ready through process redesign, training, and adoption support
- Keeping delivery on track against the business case and adjusting course where needed
About You
- A seasoned Programme Manager with a strong history of delivering complex IT transformation
- Solid grounding in enterprise architecture, integration design, and data strategy
- Experienced managing SaaS platform rollouts (CRM, DMS, finance/time tools) and system migrations
- Adept at navigating multi-vendor programmes and managing competing priorities
- Familiar with environments where AI or analytics programmes run alongside core IT delivery
- A confident, structured leader who can bring clarity and momentum in fast-moving situations
