A global consumer brand is undergoing a major data and reporting transformation and is looking for a Reporting Lead to play a key role in shaping its modern BI and analytics landscape. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-paced data modernisation programme, helping replatform a large-scale international reporting estate onto a cutting-edge stack including Snowflake, Power BI, dbt, Fivetran, and Azure.
You’ll take ownership of reporting standards, semantic modelling, metric governance, and data lineage across multiple international markets, partnering closely with Data Engineering, Governance, and senior business stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and governing the enterprise reporting & metric catalogue
- Defining standards for Power BI semantic models, DAX, performance, and governance
- Driving data lineage and reporting integrity across the modern data platform
- Partnering with Data Engineering on data contracts and reporting architecture
- Building trusted, scalable reporting models used across Finance, Operations, Digital & Leadership teams
- Identifying and rationalising duplicate or conflicting reporting across the business
- Coaching analysts and helping elevate BI best practices across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in BI / Reporting / Analytics leadership roles
- Deep hands‑on expertise with Power BI, semantic modelling, and DAX
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (ideally Snowflake)
- Experience defining reporting standards, metric governance, or data catalogues
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Someone detail‑oriented who enjoys creating structure, consistency, and trusted reporting environments
