The Role

This is not a traditional IT Support or Infrastructure position.

  • Instead, you'll become a trusted
  • Business Systems Specialist

, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are configured correctly, users are supported effectively and business processes continue to improve.

Initially, the role will focus on systems administration, user support and onboarding.

As you develop, you'll gain greater exposure to process improvement, reporting and commercial operations.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting internal users with day-to-day business systems queries
  • Setting up users, projects and system configurations
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure engagements are configured correctly
  • Delivering user training and creating easy-to-follow documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase system adoption
  • Supporting Salesforce and an enterprise Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform
  • Producing reports and maintaining high-quality system data
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and the wider business
