Benefits Manager (Identity & Access Management)

We're working with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and they're looking for an experienced
Benefits Manager to join a high-profile Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme.
This is a senior, hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for defining, tracking and realising programme benefits across a portfolio of strategic digital initiatives.
You'll work closely with programme leadership, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure measurable business value is delivered throughout the lifecycle of the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Benefits Management Strategies and Benefits Realisation Plans.
- Define KPIs, success measures and benefits tracking frameworks.
- Build robust quantitative and qualitative benefits models.
- Monitor benefit delivery and produce executive‑level reporting and dashboards.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify, validate and evidence benefits.
- Support business case development and investment decisions.
- Maintain benefits registers, forecasts and realisation plans.
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to maximise programme value.
We're looking for someone with
- Proven experience leading benefits management on large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong benefits modelling, forecasting and benefits realisation expertise.
- Experience developing business cases and investment appraisals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills for senior leadership.
- Experience working within the NHS, healthcare or wider public sector.
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM), digital identity or workforce transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book or similar business case methodologies.
- Hybrid working – minimum one day per week onsite in Leeds
- Early August start
