We're looking for a hands-on Enterprise & Platform Architect to join a complex, fast-paced programme where the emphasis is firmly on practical facilitation and artefact production β not oversight from the sidelines. This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys getting into the detail, producing decision-ready outputs, and working collaboratively across multi-vendor, multi-platform environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitate and produce enterprise and platform architecture artefacts β platform models, capability mappings, interaction views, and decision artefacts
- Provide active architectural support to a Capital Platform, ensuring alignment with the emerging enterprise platform model
- Define and socialise common platform definitions and guardrails across multiple platform streams
- Support cross-platform dependency management and vendor alignment
- Produce clear, lightweight, decision-focused outputs suitable for executive and programme governance audiences
- Lead integration architecture design across Salesforce and Jitterbit β APIs, data flows, eventing, and message patterns
- Contribute to Salesforce solution design including Revenue Cloud, CPQ, objects, automation, and external interfaces
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with wider integration and ERP architecture
- Participate in design authority and governance activities, ensuring compliance with integration standards and security requirements
- Identify and mitigate integration risks β data consistency, latency, and failure handling
- Document and track integration-related design decisions and deviations (KDDs)
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in Enterprise and Platform Architecture
- Demonstrable experience producing tangible architectural artefacts β not just advisory
- Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
- Experience with CPQ and/or CLM strongly desirable
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware β Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent
- ERP integration experience (NetSuite, D365, SAP or similar) is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Lead-to-Cash processes desirable
- Experience with design governance frameworks (DAB/TDA or equivalent design authority processes)
- Comfortable operating across complex, multi-vendor environments
- Experience supporting capital or asset-intensive delivery programmes β strongly preferred
- Pragmatic, outcome-led, and able to work at pace
- Confident facilitating workshops with senior IT, business SMEs, and delivery partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills β comfortable engaging at C-suite level
If you're a pragmatic, delivery-focused architect who thrives in complex environments, can hit the ground running, and brings genuine depth across Salesforce, integration, and ERP β we'd love to hear from you.
