As a Healthcare Assistant at Sandy Banks, you will work closely with service users to promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being. You will provide practical and emotional support, helping individuals to live as independently as possible within their communities. You will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with Dementia and Nursing Care needs.

You are kind, warm and passionate about supporting individuals to remain active whilst maintaining their dignity and independence. Everyday will be different, meaning your work will not only be varied but you will leave at the end of the day, knowing you have made a positive difference to our residents' lives.
