The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
As the Deputy Manager within Burgess Manor, you will work closely with service users to promote independence, dignity, and overall wellβbeing.
You will work alongside the Home Manager, providing both clinical and managerial advice and support.
The role is for 39 hours per week, including two nursing shifts and the remainder as supernumerary, some weekend work is required.
Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents living with varying levels of Dementia, Mental Health and General Nursing.
Everyday will be different, meaning your work will not only be varied but you will leave at the end of the day, knowing you have made a positive difference to our residents lives.
