Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to play a pivotal role within the team. The candidate will take ownership of driving the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for multiple accounts within the consumer-packaged goods and retail sector (CPR). Reporting to the Senior ABM Manager and sitting within the Global ABM team, the ABM Manager will be responsible for strategy development, campaign execution, and stakeholder management to support account growth objectives. This role will require close collaboration with ABM agencies and internal teams to create tailored, client-centric campaigns and align with pre-existing "Always-On" ABM initiatives.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account leadership teams.
- Act as a trusted marketer, balancing strategic guidance with managing urgent requirements.
- Collaborate with the Senior ABM Manager and ABM agencies to design and execute strategic, client-focused marketing plans.
- Develop narratives and campaign plans that align with client needs while showcasing the company’s offerings.
- Support critical deals within allocated accounts.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to client experiences.
- Ensure delivery mechanisms are well-defined and campaigns drive account growth and enhance ABM team objectives.
- Monitor, report, and evolve campaign performance using metrics defined by the ABM team.
- Align campaign adjustments with strategic direction and client feedback to optimize effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of marketing experience in a professional service, B2B marketing or global corporate setting.
- 5+ years of ABM experience.
- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and delivering ABM campaigns beyond standard digital marketing tactics.
- Experience targeting consumer packaged goods and retail industry clients is strongly preferred.
- Strong background in marketing campaign management and execution.
- Demonstrated client-centric approach in strategic planning.
- Solid understanding of ABM methodologies and marketing technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and insights effectively.
- Proactive mindset with innovative ideas to enhance ABM strategies.
