As we enter the next chapter of our 25-year story - with growing momentum across the US and UK - we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to define and amplify how we show up in the world. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of venturethree at a pivotal moment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ senior marketing experience within a creative agency, independent studio or entrepreneurial environment, with strong instincts for ideas, positioning, storytelling and cultural relevance - particularly in the US market.
You’ll be both visionary and hands-on: able to sharpen narrative, build the systems behind it, and ensure our work, thinking and profile cut through in the right places for real commercial and reputational impact. This is not a maintenance marketing role. This is about defining how venturethree shows up in the world - making sure we cut through.
You’ll shape our presence across channels, markets, generate and champion ideas that drive attention and conversation, amplify our work and thinking, and build the systems that turn reputation into inbound opportunity.
What you'll do:
- Develop a clear, focused global marketing plan aligned to business growth
- Activate and express our positioning, especially as we grow in the US
- Identify priority channels, audiences and cultural spaces
- Build awareness that matters
- Secure high-quality press and industry placements
- Ensure our work is talked about in the right places
- Elevate our point of view alongside our portfolio
- Turn moments (e.g. US expansion, major launches) into meaningful stories
- Make our work and point of view famous
- Lead a social-first approach
- Build a confident, distinctive presence across LinkedIn and emerging formats
- Develop “voices of venturethree” — showcasing our people and thinking
- Share our work and thinking in culturally relevant ways
- Focus on fewer, better pieces of content with real impact
- Curate moments
- Create and host curated events: roundtables, breakfasts, fireside chats
- Build meaningful connections with cultural influencers
- Ensure events drive both reputation and inbound leads
- Build the engine
- Implement strong analytics and reporting frameworks
- Track awareness, engagement, press impact and inbound performance
- Improve website insight (understanding visitors, behaviour and opportunity)
- Ensure marketing decisions are insight-led and commercially grounded
- Amplify globally
- Work closely with UK and US leadership to ensure consistency and ambition
- Champion the business internally and externally
- Help scale our global voice without losing our independence
What success looks like:
Within the first 12–24 months, we’ll see:
- Increased high-quality press mentions
- Clearer positioning in US and UK markets
- Stronger inbound opportunity
- A more confident and visible LinkedIn presence
- Regular, well-attended curated events
- A measurable uplift in awareness and engagement
- And most importantly - a venturethree that feels sharper, bolder and famous for radical thinking and cut-through creativity.
venturethree celebrates individuality and independence. We welcome people of all stories, backgrounds and ages and give every person an equal opportunity to develop themselves and their career. We believe everyone has a valuable contribution to make and that a diverse team pushes our work and thinking for the better.
