Ventureship is hiring a Technical Intern to work directly with our founders on building and shipping core features of our platform. Ventureship exists to fix a problem both sides feel: talented students get filtered out by AI screening before a human sees them and companies miss out on the thinking those people would bring. We connect students with real corporate challenges through open innovation.
A pre-hiring funnel for businesses, real experience for students, and a working relationship that often grows into something more.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the founders to support platform development
- Build and refine core product features end-to-end
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across the stack
Who we’re looking for:
- Final-year undergraduate or Master’s student in Computer Science or a related field
- Based in UK or near London preferred, for occasional in-person collaboration
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Interest in startups / building products
- Experience building and deploying full-stack projects (e.g. using JavaScript/React, APIs, databases) is preferred
- Comfortable across frontend and backend, with a working understanding of APIs, databases, and authentication
