Ventureship is hiring a Marketing & Growth Intern to work directly with our founders on building the brand and growing the platform across LinkedIn, Instagram, and partnerships.

About us

Ventureship connects ambitious companies with early-career talent through structured, 4-6 week projects. Companies post their business challenges; cohorts of 5-10 candidates deliver innovative solutions from customer acquisition audits to product strategy briefs to full website builds, under our project management, with contracts, mentoring, and weekly reporting all handled by us. Companies see candidates through the work they ship rather than their CV, and candidates build real-world portfolio experience, often turning their project into a full-time job offer. We sit at the intersection of open innovation and hiring!

What you will do

  • Create professional content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Design and write carousel posts, graphics, announcements, and informational content
  • Write newsletter content and help manage email communications
  • Support outreach to university societies, student communities, and potential partners
  • Assist with launch announcements, partnership updates, pilot programmes, and company campaigns

Who we are looking for

  • Is based in London or near and has the right to work in the UK
  • Is a current student or recent graduate from a UK university
  • Has experience creating professional-looking social media content, particularly for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Is comfortable using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
  • Has experience managing social media pages, newsletters, outreach, partnerships
