Ventureship is hiring a paid Project-based Technical Intern to work directly with our founders to build the full platform from front end to back end. A competitive stipend will be offered for this role.
Ventureship exists to solve a problem both students and companies feel: talented students struggle to access real experience, while companies often struggle to identify early-career talent beyond CVs, AI screening, and traditional applications. We connect students with real business challenges through structured project-based work, creating a pre-hiring funnel for companies and meaningful experience for students.
What you will do:
- Build the Ventureship platform across front end and back end
- Use AI tools such as Claude code or Cursor etc to build quickly
- Build core platform features such as user sign-up, profiles, project listings, applications, matching, messaging, and dashboards
- Experience in deploying a prod ready project/work to Vercel, AWS, etc
- Bonus: Would be awesome if you knew or had experience in data privacy compliance
Who we are looking for:
- Lives in the UK with right to work (please note that visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role)
- Understands the UK student / graduate market
- Is based in or near London for occasional in-person collaboration
- Is a student or recent graduate from a UK university
- Has experience building a startup or project
- Is highly confident using AI coding tools to build and iterate on products quickly
