We are searching for exceptional Security Officers to join us. The Mobile Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of mobile security operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, fleet readiness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves coordinating patrol activities, managing resources, addressing client requirements, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Salary: £33,500 Basic salary per annum, (realistic expectation to earn over £40k plus with overtime)
Duties include:
- Oversee the planning and execution of mobile patrols, ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements and assignment instructions.
- Prepare rosters well in advance, manage leave requests, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills, efficiency, and performance of mobile patrol supervisors and officers.
- Update and communicate Assignment Instructions to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
- Conduct site visits and risk assessments, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying training needs and setting personal development goals.
- Maintain and manage the use of operational equipment, including key safes, mobile devices, recording devices, communications equipment and signage.
- Ensure all vehicles are operational, safe, and compliant through daily checks and regular maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to queries, concerns, and operational needs.
- Conduct client site visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Provide updates to clients on operational activities and resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and any risks are mitigated effectively.
- Work alongside Head of Operations, Sales and marketing teams to develop mobile growth strategy.
Details:
- Average 40 hours over 5 days per week and must be prepared to work any day of the week, which will include some night working, weekends and bank holidays.
- Double time paid on Bank Holidays.
- Potential to earn more with regular overtime.

Candidate requirements:
- Current and active SIA licence (either Security Guard, Door Supervisor or Close Protection).
- Valid full UK manual driving licence.
- Previous experience in mobile security operations or a management role is essential.

- Good timekeeper and able to plan own workload.
