Are you confident, proactive, and customer focused? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy delivering top tier service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Door Supervisors to join our dynamic Events Team on matchdays and event days at Kingsholm Stadium, the iconic home of Gloucester Rugby.

Duties:

  • Monitoring key entry and exit points across the stadium
  • Carrying out ticket and accreditation checks with professionalism
  • Assisting and directing guests, ensuring they enjoy their day
  • Managing crowd flow to keep movement safe and efficient
  • Spotting and responding to suspicious or anti-social behaviour
  • Supporting emergency response and evacuation procedures
  • Attending staff briefings and completing pre-event checks
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment
  • Representing Venture Security and Gloucester Rugby with pride, professionalism, and confidence

Candidate Requirements:

  • You must have a valid SIA Door Supervision (DS) licence. Close Protection (CP) licenses are also eligible for this role and further training will be provided.
  • We’re looking for Door Supervisors who are friendly and welcoming, with a calm disposition.
  • You will enjoy working with the public and be confident in de-escalating any situations that may arise.
  • You will be working closely with staff employed directly by Gloucester Rugby, so must thrive on working as part of a team and be able to take direction, whilst always maintaining your duties diligently and acting with integrity.
  • You will be a team player, calm under pressure and a confident decision maker.
  • You will be smartly presented and report to work clean, tidy and on time.
