Duties
Supervise day to day operations to ensure work is carried out effectively, safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
Provide a visible, alert and smart presence within Andover.
Undertake routine foot patrols as required.
Respond to and manage incidents efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with local businesses and other stakeholders as required.
Utilise dedicated technology which includes, but is not limited to, body‑worn CCTV cameras, handheld radios, mobile applications, digital evidence management software and patrol timekeeping systems.
Liaise with police, client representatives and other agencies as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Job holders must have a current and active SIA licence (either Door Supervision or Close Protection).
Good negotiator and problem solver.
Able to use own initiative to assess situations and respond appropriately.
Smart, well‑presented and confident.
Experience in dealing with anti‑social behaviour and working in partnership with local authorities and the Police.
Selection Process
