The purpose of the PSP Manager role is to strengthen the Payments Optimization team. Together with the Product Owner, you will manage and report on PSP performance. The PSP Manager will support new provider integrations and be the first point of contact with payment providers.
Responsibilities:
- You will take care of PSP reporting together with the Product Owner by analyzing trends in terms of volumes, success rate, and performance.
- Research new payment methods and monitor user journey throughout the cashier with a strong customer-oriented view.
- Conduct competitor analysis in terms of payment products (what providers they use, payment flow, limits, etc.).
- Work on the onboarding of new payment solutions for current and future target markets.
- Negotiate contracts with PSPs.
- You will be the first contact with payment providers and manage escalations of payments-related issues between internal and external parties.
- Prepare and maintain payments documentation regarding internal processes, procedures, and general information.
- Act as support and back-up to management and be the point of contact for internal stakeholders, assisting with queries related to meeting both business and legal requirements.
- Assist with technical backlog items in terms of new payment methods integration.
- Assist the finance team when needed for settlement disputes with payment providers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years\’ experience in a similar role (within iGaming industry or Payments).
- Extensive knowledge of the payments sector for high-risk merchants (payment providers for online casino operators).
- Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with all payment providers.
- Support with the review, evaluation, and development of business cases for new projects in line with the company strategy.
- Experience with monitoring PSP costs and invoices, and be able to document and report on any major issues affecting payments processing.
- Language requirements: English and Turkish language proficiency (both spoken and written).
