Location: Dalwood (between Honiton & Axminster)
Salary: £12.85 – £13.50 plus 32 days paid holiday, company bonus scheme and ongoing training.
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday Friday
Driving Licence: Essential

The Role:

Our Client Tony Benger Landscaping Ltd are looking for two Skilled Workers/Team Leaders to join the domestic landscaping department.

This is a fantastic opportunity if:

You can set out levels, lay patios, build ponds, and read drawings

You can work independently and lead a team on creative landscaping projects

Youre currently self-employed but want job security, support, and are looking for a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Setting out and levelling sites for landscaping projects
• Laying patios, paving, and driveways to high standards
• Building ponds, walls, and other garden structures
• Following and interpreting drawings and plans accurately
• Managing and leading a small team, ensuring work is completed efficiently
• Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment on-site
• Liaising with clients to ensure their vision is delivered
