We are building an AI factory, an ambitious venture creating a fully autonomous multi-agent system that builds ventures at unprecedented speed and efficiency.
The Vision
We are building an AI-powered venture factory that creates innovative businesses in 3 weeks instead of 6+ months, at 1/10th the cost of traditional methods. Our autonomous multi-agent system orchestrates specialised AI agents working in parallel to build, launch, and scale ventures.
The Role
As a Co-founder, you will be a full equity partner in building the technical foundation of our £1B vision. You will architect and lead our proprietary multi-agent ecosystem, knowledge graph, and component libraries that form the core of our venture factory approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the autonomous multi-agent system architecture
- Develop the self-improving knowledge graph that increases efficiency with each venture
- Create the technical infrastructure allowing for component reuse across ventures
- Establish technical standards and lead the development of our core factory platform
- Drive technical execution while building a lean technical team
