We’re looking for a proactive, organised and outgoing Community Associate to join our small team (Community Manager and Owner) at Venture X Chiswick Park. You’ll be the heart of the members experience, managing and curating an engaging business environment.

Role Description

The Community Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chiswick, responsible for delivering an outstanding member and guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting members and visitors, managing reception duties, handling phone and email inquiries, and ensuring communal areas, meeting rooms, and offices are presented to a high standard. The role includes coordinating member move-ins and move-outs, supporting tours for prospective clients, and assisting with membership onboarding and orientation. The Community Associate will also help organize community events, support networking activities, and respond promptly to member needs and service requests. Additional responsibilities may involve basic administrative tasks, maintaining records and systems, collaborating with vendors or building management, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and professional atmosphere.

Member & Customer Service

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and customers at the reception area and communal space ensuring excellent customer service within the workspace
  • Engage with all existing members, and potential new clients to strengthen and increase good customer relationships by understanding them and their business needs
  • Ensure all reception/admin duties are well managed (booking meeting rooms, taking payments for Ad-hoc requests, sorting post, etc.)

Sales

  • Assist with sales and viewings of the workspace
  • Develop a solid understanding of additional services that can be offered such as office upgrades/meeting room bookings etc.

Onboarding and offboarding members

Community Management

  • Actively building and maintaining communities within the workspace
  • Planning and executing a schedule of networking and social events for Members
  • Maintain Member communications regarding workspace operations and community events (eg. Newsletter, posters etc.)

Workspace Management

  • Ensure compliance with company’s Health and Safety Policy and all associated statutory requirements throughout the workspace
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth move in / outs for new and existing members in the space
  • Work effectively with the team and management to ensure high standards of presentation and maintenance of the space, and arrange reactive works if necessary
  • Coordinating with maintenance and contractors for workspace upkeep
