You'll lead the strategy, redesign workflows, scale practical AI adoption and empower teams with trusted, self-service data. The opportunity:? Lead AI strategy, implementation and measurable business impact? Build a trusted data foundation and champion self-service analytics? Embed AI into everyday business operations? Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team? Partner with senior leadership, Data Engineering and Compliance? Drive innovation in a complex, multi-jurisdictional financial services environmentWe're looking for someone who brings: Proven leadership across Data, Analytics or AI A track record of taking AI solutions from idea to adoption Strong SQL, data modelling, dbt and cloud data warehouse expertise Commercial thinking, stakeholder influence and a hands-on delivery mindset Financial services, trading or brokerage experienceThe split? Approximately 60% AI, 40% Data.
