We are hiring for an exciting new role at Venture Security! In this role you will be managing and growing Venture Security Management’s training function, Venture Training and Consultancy (VTAC), by building robust systems, processes and commercial capability that enable the delivery of high-quality in-person and online training.
The role is accountable for operational readiness, quality, compliance, commercial performance and learner experience, ensuring the training centre is sustainable, scalable and aligned with UK security industry standards.
The post holder will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will work collaboratively across the business.
