Our client is a high-performing Placement Agent, focusing on raising capital for PE, Private Credit and Real Asset GPs across the US and UK. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for experienced candidates to join their Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.
- Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.
- Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.
- Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, with relevant experience in Investor Relations or from a Placement Agent
- Significant experience working within Private Markets is essential.
- Experience working with Institutional LPs across Europe.
- Experience mentoring juniors on a team.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
