We are currently working with a leading Private Funds Advisory business that has experienced remarkable growth since its inception. The firm has established partnerships with renowned private markets GPs globally. In light of its expansion, they are looking to add a VP or Director of sales to their European team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors across Europe.
  • Provide comprehensive coverage to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Advise clients on market propositions and strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client offerings and provide value-added services.
  • Work closely with GPs to understand and advise on their market proposition.
  • Foster strong relationships with GPs to facilitate effective collaboration and mutual success.
  • Facilitate fundraising processes to institutional investors in the region, including origination and closing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within another placement firm, sales, or investor relations position.
  • Track record of marketing private markets funds to European investors.
  • Proven track record in building and managing client relationships in the private funds space.
  • Degree educated, preferably with a focus on finance, business, or a related field.
