The firm has built a long-standing reputation for investment excellence, strong institutional relationships and a collaborative culture, serving a global client base of pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and private banks.

As part of the continued growth of its European fundraising and client coverage platform, the firm is seeking to appoint a German-speaking Investor Relations Associate to join its London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising initiatives across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, working closely with senior Investor Relations professionals.
  • Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs and bespoke client requests.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and annual meetings.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing institutional investors.
  • Prepare market research, investor profiles and fundraising pipeline updates.
  • Partner closely with investment, product, legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investor materials.
  • Maintain CRM systems and investor databases.
  • Assist with ongoing investor reporting and portfolio communications.
  • Monitor fundraising progress and prepare reporting for senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years' experience within Investor Relations, Client Services, Fundraising Support, Product Specialist or Institutional Sales Support.
  • Experience gained within an alternative asset manager, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, investment management or placement agent environment.
  • Excellent understanding of institutional investors and private markets fundraising processes.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing DDQs, RFPs, presentations and marketing materials would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Language Requirements

Native or fluent German is essential - parts of the interview process will be conducted in German.
