Senior Infrastructure Investment Associate

We are currently working with a London-based Infrastructure Fund who are looking to grow its Investment team at the Senior Associate level after making a couple of hires earlier this year.

Sitting at around £10bn AUM, the strategy will be to expand this over the next few years and with capital ready to deploy, this is an exciting growth opportunity.

They have a sector focus across the Infrastructure, Transport, Utilities and Renewables space, executing investments and managing assets across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare materials and memos for various investors based on developing detailed models and financial analysis
• Assist in managing all aspects of due diligence and the execution of transactions
• Screen potential investment opportunities
• Assist in ongoing Asset Management
• Assist in managing the pool of Analysts

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience within Investment Banking, M&A, Deal/ Lead Advisory, Corporate Finance or Private Equity/ Infra Fund
• Ideally, 5 years of experience on the buy side/ within an Investment role
• Previous deal experience within Infrastructure, Transport, Utilities and Renewables
• An entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the business
