Senior Consultant at Venture Search β Investment Management. Degree in Economics and Politics
We are representing a leading Placement Agent that, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Associate to the PCA Team, focusing on GP-led Secondary Transactions.
Since its inception, the firm has grown tremendously and partnered with several top PE funds globally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Due Diligence & create Financial Models for GP-led Secondaries Deals
- Advise clients on market proposition and strategy for Private Equity GPs and LPs
- Build and manage GP client relationships
- Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 Years of experience at a Private Funds Group/Placement Agent, Transaction Services
- Strong Financial Modelling skills are a must
- Degree Educated
