Risk Manager – Start-Up Prop Trading Firm A start up Prop Trading firm is looking for a risk manager for their London office. The group is well financially backed by a parent global Physical Commodities firm and has aggressive growth plans for prop trading business. Located in London, the team consists of 4 Traders currently, so a Risk Manager is required to mitigate losses and create and manage the risk management framework. Current asset classes traded are Equities, FX / Currencies, Metals and Fixed Income – ideally the Risk Manager will have cross-asset experience, but they’d be willing to look at candidates with a specialty in either and willingness to learn. Ideal Candidates will have: Direct experience in a Risk Management role related to Trading Confident in interacting with Traders Experience setting up and running a robust risk management framework Strong educational background Excellent communication skills and English fluency Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
