Venture Search is partnered with a $40bn AUM Private Credit GP, who are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their BD team in London. In this role, candidates will be supporting European MDs with all Business Development and IR activities. This role is not a pathway to a Fundraising role, but will be well suited to candidates who would like a long-term career in IR or Project Management. Responsibilities: Ensuring that client requests are responded to effectively and in a timely manner Assist in organizing roadshows, AGMs and meetings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing Limited Partners to ensure ongoing engagement and support. Support with the creation of Marketing Materials and LP presentations. Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support fundraising initiatives and strategies. Supporting 3 MDs on the Business Development team with all IR and BD activities. Requirements: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an IR role, at a GP or a Placement Agent or experience working in an Audit or Transactions role at a Big4. Experience in Private Credit is not essential, but experience in Private Markets is needed. Strong communication skills, with experience in Client Relationship Management.
