A leading international advisory firm is looking to hire a Vice President to join its Digital Infrastructure M&A team in London. The team advises infrastructure funds, private equity investors, and strategic corporates on transactions across the digital infrastructure landscape, including fibre networks, data centres, telecom towers, and connectivity platforms. The team has an established presence across Europe and is involved in a strong pipeline of mid-market M&A and strategic advisory mandates within one of the fastest-growing sectors of infrastructure investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions within the digital infrastructure sector.
- Manage transaction workstreams including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence processes, and transaction documentation.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Coordinate internal deal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support senior bankers with client relationship management and origination initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, including Analysts and Associates.
Requirements
- 6–9 years' experience within investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance.
- Strong deal execution experience, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, telecoms, or digital infrastructure transactions.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in a fast-paced transaction environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital infrastructure subsectors, such as fibre networks, data centres, telecom towers, or connectivity platforms.
- Experience advising infrastructure funds, private equity investors, or telecom operators.
