An independent investment banking firm specialising in energy transition, power, infrastructure and natural resources is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate into its London-based M&A team. The role offers early responsibility, broad transaction exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on high-quality, cross-border mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of sell-side, buy-side and capital raise transactions across energy transition and infrastructure sectors
  • Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses
  • Prepare marketing materials, information memoranda, management presentations and investor materials
  • Coordinate due diligence, data rooms and advisor workstreams
  • Assist with process management, buyer/investor outreach and transaction execution
  • Interact directly with clients, investors and counterparties under senior supervision

Candidate Profile:

  • Senior Analyst (2–3 years) or Junior Associate (3–5 years) of relevant experience
  • Background in investment banking, M&A advisory, energy/infrastructure advisory, or related sectors
