We are currently working with a leading independent advisory firm that is expanding its Debt Advisory platform and is seeking to hire one Analyst and one Associate to join its growing London-based team. The firm advises corporates, shareholders and sponsors on debt financing, refinancing and capital structure solutions, working closely with senior decision-makers across a broad range of sectors. Both roles offer hands-on exposure to live transactions, lean deal teams, and significant responsibility from an early stage. The successful candidates will work directly with senior advisers and clients, supporting the execution of complex financing mandates across the capital structure.

Debt Advisory Analyst Responsibilities

  • Financial modelling, including cash flow forecasting, leverage and covenant analysis
  • Preparation of lender materials, information memoranda and presentation decks
  • Market and credit analysis to support financing strategies
  • Supporting transaction execution, lender processes and documentation
  • Coordinating data rooms and managing diligence workstreams

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, debt advisory, leveraged finance or transaction services
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong academic background
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Debt Advisory Associate Responsibilities

  • Leading financial analysis and modelling workstreams on live transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing client-facing materials and financing memoranda
  • Managing junior team members and coordinating execution workstreams
  • Interfacing with lenders, advisors and clients throughout the deal process
  • Supporting origination and idea generation initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in debt advisory, investment banking, leveraged finance or private credit
  • Strong technical skills across cash flow modelling and capital structures
  • Experience running processes and managing analysts
  • Commercial mindset with strong client-facing capabilities
