Venture Search is working with a large-cap GP, who are looking to build out their Investor Relations team in London, focusing on their Real Estate strategies. Candidates must be fluent in German to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a variety of operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives within the Investor Relations team.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with investors regarding fund performance, structure, and investment strategy.
- Prepare high-quality investor materials, including reports, presentations, and responses to enquiries, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee investor onboarding processes across EMEA, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Manage ongoing investor communications, including reporting cycles, updates, and ad hoc requests.
- Maintain and enhance the Investor Portal, including uploading materials and supporting communications distribution.
- Provide analytical support for reporting, fundraising materials, and portfolio updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within IR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with real estate investments and structures (preferred).
- Fluency in German.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities.
